Our sustainable & reliable recycling process
We follow a responsible and transparent recycling process that minimizes waste and protects the environment. From collection and segregation to processing and reuse, every step is designed to reduce carbon footprint and ensure maximum material recovery.

Material Collection & Segregation
Post-industrial and post-consumer plastic waste is collected and segregated by polymer type to ensure consistency and process efficiency.
Sorting & Contamination Removal
Advanced sorting methods remove foreign materials, metals and contaminants to prepare clean input material.
Size Reduction (Shredding/Grinding)
The material is shredded or granulated into uniform flakes for controlled downstream processing.
Washing & Drying
Intensive washing removes dust, oils, labels and residues, followed by controlled drying to maintain material integrity.
Melt Filtration & Extrusion
Cleaned material is melted, filtered and extruded using optimized process parameters to ensure stable flow and dispersion.
Pelletizing / Granulation
The extruded polymer is pelletized into consistent granules suitable for industrial reuse.
Quality Testing & Validation
Each batch undergoes in-house testing for melt flow, dispersion, color consistency and thermal performance.
Packaging
